Birdeye pricing: what it costs and what to ask before you sign

Birdeye does not publish prices, so this page sticks to what its website and Capterra actually say, lists the questions worth asking in a quote, and shows alternatives that do publish their prices.

How much does Birdeye cost?

Birdeye does not list prices on its website. Its pricing page is a quote form that asks for your business email, company, number of locations (bands from 1–3 up to 1000+) and phone number, and describes pricing as built around outcomes rather than seat counts, with one platform and one contract.

Capterra lists three Birdeye plans, Starter, Growth and Dominate, each as a custom quote. Other websites publish estimates, but because Birdeye does not confirm them, we do not repeat them here. The only reliable number is the one in your own quote.

What Birdeye includes

Birdeye presents itself as AI coworkers for multi-location brands. Its website groups the product into a marketing coworker (AI search, reviews, listings, social, marketing automation, chatbot, pages), an operations coworker (front desk, appointments, reminders, waitlist, insurance verification, messaging) and a CX coworker (surveys, insights, competitor analysis, ticketing, reporting).

For reviews, Birdeye describes:

  • Every rating and review from every site in one place, per location
  • AI responses in your brand voice that post automatically or wait for approval
  • Automated review requests timed and routed to the channel most likely to get a response
  • A reputation score tracking ratings, review counts and responses over time

Birdeye does not publish which modules come with which plan, so ask for an itemized list.

Contract terms

Birdeye's pricing page mentions one contract but does not publish its length, renewal terms or cancellation policy. Capterra's summary of Birdeye user reviews lists the contract termination process as a recurring complaint theme, alongside positive themes such as ease of use and a centralized review hub.

That does not tell you what your contract will say, but it is a good reason to read the term, auto-renewal and cancellation clauses before signing.

Questions to ask in a Birdeye quote

  • Is the price per location, per bundle, or both? What happens when you add or close a location mid-term?
  • Which modules are included, and which ones will you actually use?
  • Are there onboarding, setup or integration fees?
  • Are texting or messaging volumes capped, and what do overages cost?
  • How long is the term, does it auto-renew, and how much notice does cancellation need?
  • Can the price change at renewal?
